Your payments for the retreat typically consist of a deposit upon signing up, followed by one or more payments before the retreat begins. The specific payment plan for your retreat will be provided at the time of booking.
If you cancel your participation in the retreat, payments already made to us are non-refundable. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
If you fail to make a payment on time, your booking will be canceled and any previous payments will not be refunded.
If we cancel the retreat due to force majeure, you will be offered an alternative retreat at a later date. If we cancel for reasons other than force majeure, we will reimburse the payments made to us, but not any other expenses you have incurred.
If a third-party facilitator is unable to attend the retreat, we may need to adjust the program. In such a case, we will either hire a replacement facilitator or run the retreat ourselves.
Retreats typically take place only if we reach a minimum number of participants. In the unlikely event that this minimum is not met by a specific date (e.g. three months before the retreat), we will cancel the retreat and reimburse the payments you have made to us. If you are unsure whether the minimum number has been reached—especially if you plan to book non-refundable travel arrangements—please contact us.
We strongly recommend that you purchase health insurance for the duration of your stay in Spain.
